Why the certificate matters
A Certificate of Compliance is not paperwork for its own sake. It is the document your insurer asks for after a fire, and the one a conveyancer will hold a property transfer for. Every job we complete meets SANS 10142-1 and is signed off by a master electrician registered with the Department of Labour.
